I hold a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. My main areas of study were public relations and political science, with a minor concentration in Spanish. Before college, I mentored freshmen at my high school, who needed help adjusting to high school classes and the new culture of high school. Then, when I attended college, I traveled to Spain. During that time, I assisted students who needed help with reading and writing English. When I graduated, I started working as a self employed marketing consultant. I presently tutor students in the following areas: AP Psychology, Spanish, Essay Editing, Reading, Writing, Phonics, Literature, Grammar and Mechanics, the Social Sciences, and more. I can also assist with summer tutoring and study skill improvement. My greatest passion is writing. I understand the craft of writing and want to help students realize their full writing talent. When I'm not working, I like to exercise, go running, work out, and cook for my family. I reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, and since my family lives outside of my state, I spend a lot of time traveling to visit them.
