I was a tutor during an afterschool program at Wilson Elementary School and Downtown Urban Community Kids. Also, 2 days a week I tutored a family friend's daughter in math, I have taken 11 AP courses along with 11 Honors classes during my high school career, earning a 4.1 GPA. I want to be a tutor because I truly enjoy working and helping students do well. I enjoy learning about myself also through the process of helping someone else.

In my free time, I enjoy relaxing, watching sports, and playing chess. For the last 3 years, I have been a part of the competitive chess team, which is composed of the top 5 players from the school. I am a big Philadelphia sports fan, especially football and baseball. I really enjoy working with kids and helping them grow as students!
